The jewellery should be unused and in the proper form as it was dispatched. All tags should be intact and attached to the jewellery. Customers intending to return the jewellery may please note, that the tags should not be removed from the jewellery. Removal of tag will interpret/denote the jewellery as used.

Please do not remove the tag which we place on the item. If the tag is removed jewellerysupermart.com will not accept the item for a return in any case.

If you received merchandise which was described in the item listing and still you want to return then you have to pay 25% restocking fee on the closing price of the received items and shipping cost will not be refunded. All items must be in their original condition.
